On Friday night Mom called me and asked me if Cache and I might be intrested in making a mad dash to Tucson to see our family for a week or so. Johnny was still off in south Idaho trapping deer; Sister and Brother had to be in school. So we packed a 'few' bags and loaded up in the Aunt Shell's van with her, Grandma and Uncle Shane for a nice comfy drive to Tucson. Cache did wonderful on the trip down, especially cause Aunt Shell's fancy van has the coolest video system and I got to watch Baby Einstein all the way down.
We spent a wonderful week with all our cousins, aunts and uncles, and even got to see Tata and the rest of our cool Mexican Family. The weather was wonderful, it was about 70 degrees and the sun shined the whole week.
On the next Friday we drug Grandpa out of Cousin Karen's and hit the road for the cold weather. We drove through beautiful Sedona Arizona and hit snow in Flagstaff. Then headed back to Idaho where it was 5 degrees (or colder) all week!
It was wonderful to see all our family, especially cousin Karen and Tata. We miss everyone there so much and hope to get back home soon.
